摘要
深入研究了民办高校新生适应性问题,提出分析影响民办高校新生不适应的主要因素,切实加强民办高校新生的适应性教育的对策,帮助新生达到良好的适应状态。
This paper proposed the major factors influencing the adaptability problem of private college and university freshmen and adaptive education countermeasure to help the students achieve good adaptation effect.
