茶树菇液体发酵条件的优化 被引量:1

Study on Optimal Cultivation of Agrocybe cylindracea Liquid Fermentation

摘要 对茶树菇(Agrocybe cylindracea)液体摇瓶培养的碳氮源、接种量、装液量以及培养时间进行了研究,筛选出了茶树菇液体培养的适宜条件。尝试将外源植物激素应用于茶树菇液体培养中,探讨其加快菌丝体繁殖的可能性。结果表明,茶树菇液体发酵适宜的培养基为:马铃薯20%+小麦粉2%+酵母粉0.1%+MgSO<sub>4</sub> 0.3%+KH<sub>2</sub>PO<sub>4</sub>0.2%+VB<sub>1</sub> 10 mg/L。培养条件以250 mL摇瓶装液量120 mL,接种量10 mL/100 mL,培养9 d终止发酵为宜。培养基中添加10 mg/L的外源激素NAA,能显著提高菌丝的生物量。 The Agrocybe cylindracea was used as research material for selecting the optimum liquid cultivation conditions(including carbon source,nitrogen source,inoculation volume,liquid media volume and cultivation time).The use of exogenous plant hormones could improve enzyme activity and accelerate the propagation of mycelia.The results showed that the suitable medium for Agrocybe cylindracea liquid fermentation contained 20%potato + 2%wheat flour +0.1%yeast extract + 0.3%KH2PO4+ 0.2’%MgSO4+VB1 10 mg / L,and the culture conditionsGiquid volume 120 mL/250 mL,inoculation 10%,and 9 days to terminate the fermentation) were appropriate.Medium supplemented with 10 mg / L of exogenous hormones NAA could significantly increase the biomass of mycelium.
