摘要
稳定、健康、和谐是促进高等教育可持续发展的关键。当前我国高校师生关系存在诸多现实问题,严重影响和谐师生关系的构建,应从教育理念、平等的师生关系、交往渠道和增强教师人格魅力等方面来解决这些问题,构建起和谐的高校师生关系。
The stability,health and harmony of teacher-student relationship in colleges are the keys to promote the sustainable development of higher education.The educational philosophy,equal teacher-student relationship,the channel of communication and enhancing the teacher’s personal charm are analyzed based on many existing problems which seriously affect the construction of a harmonious relationship between teachers and students.
