摘要
民办高校应依托良好的外部环境,抓住机遇、跨越式发展;推崇教育改革、深入发展;加快实现教育现代化、走向国际化。新兴民办本科院校应以战略的高度,积极做好办学性质、办学方向、培养目标、办学类型、办学层次、学科专业与办学面向的定位工作,加强自身内部建设,走可持续性发展之路。
The private colleges and universities in China should rely on good external environment,grasp the recent opportunity,deepen education reform and develop with a high speed to realize modernization and internationalization in education,and new private undergraduate colleges also actively promote positions of school-running character,direction,type,level,training goal,discipline specialty,orientation, etc.to strengthen self-construction and take a road of sustainable development from the high plane of strategy.
