摘要
新建地方本科院校承担着培养企业需要的服务地方经济、服务区域发展的应用型人才的重任,只有顺应经济社会发展需求,分析当前新建本科院校(以2013年升本的武汉商学院为例)应用型人才培养中存在的各种问题,努力改革创新,才能推进应用型人才培养改革向纵深层面发展,不断提高人才培养质量。
Newly established regional universities have such important duties as nurturing the application- oriented talents that enterprises need who can serve for the local economic development by meeting its needs for talents. Only when these universities adjust to the economic needs of the local society by recognizing the problems in their current application- oriented talents nurturing, and making effort to reform and innovate their talent nurturing model, can they further the reform of talents nurturing in both scope and depth and constantly promote its education quality.
