民族精神是一个民族生存和发展的精神支柱。中华民族精神以优秀的传统文化为基础,随着社会生活的发展而不断凝练出新的内容。在这个过程中,一方面要以中华民族的优秀传统文化为主导;另一方面又要广泛吸纳人类文明的优秀成果。在新的历史条件下弘扬和传承中华民族精神,培育反映时代特征、适合社会发展要求的民族精神,才能使中华民族永葆生机和活力。这是实现中华民族的伟大复兴必然选择。深刻理解中华民族精神中所包含的"重和、自强、爱国"等思想对培育中华民族精神具有重要的现实意义。
National Spirit is the pillar of a nation.The National Spirit of Chinese people is based on excellent traditional culture,which produces new fruits constantly with the developing of the society.During the course,we should look on the excellent traditional culture to be guidance while assimilating the achievements of civilizations of all other nations.To keep Chinese Nation energetic,we should promote and inherit Chinese National Spirit,while establishing new spirit which is according to the requirement of the society.In order to achieve the great rejuvenation of the Chinese Nation,it’s important to understand harmony,self—improvement and patriotism profoundly.
