利用铁尾矿砂和活性炭制备轻质淤泥陶粒的研究 被引量:10

摘要 利用东湖淤泥为主体原料烧结轻质淤泥陶粒,发现添加铁尾矿砂和活性炭可改善陶粒发泡性能。通过正交试验,综合所有因素,在淤泥84%、铁尾矿砂10%、活性炭6%、烧结温度1 180℃、烧结时间30 min、预烧温度600℃、预烧时间20 min的条件下,制备出了堆积密度为0.423 g/cm^3,吸水率为13.34%的轻质陶粒。通过SEM分析轻质陶粒的孔结构与形貌,发现影响轻质陶粒的主要因素是活性炭掺量、烧结温度和预烧时间,活性炭的加入会在高温下与铁尾矿砂发生氧化还原反应产生气体,气孔变得致密均匀,连通孔增加,降低了堆积密度,改善了吸水率,显著提高了陶粒的性能。 In this paper,we used the East Lake mud as the main material to sinter light silt ceramsite. The experimental results show that addition of iron tailings and activated carbon can improve the ceramic foam properties. When the sintering temperature is 600 ℃,the calcination time is 20 min,the sintering temperature is 1 180 ℃,the sintering time is 30 min and the sintering time is 20 min,light ceramsite with a bulk density of 0.423 g/cm3 and a water absorption of 13.34% was prepared. The pore structure and morphology of the lightweight ceramsite were analyzed by SEM. It is found that the main factors influencing the light ceramsite are the activated carbon content,the sintering temperature and the calcination time. The addition of activated carbon will react with the iron tailings and produce gas at high temperature,thus the pores become dense and uniform,the intercommunication pores increase,the bulk density reduces,the water absorption improves,and the performances of the ceramic significantly improve.
