中国旅游企业境外投资经营分析

Analysis of Overseas Investment and Operation of Chinese Tourism Enterprises

摘要 2014年中国作为世界第一大出境旅游客源市场与第一大出境旅游消费国的地位进一步巩固。国际旅游需求的不断增加,进一步扩大了国际旅游市场,中国旅游企业甚至一些非旅游企业纷纷涉足国际旅游市场。随着经济实力的增长,我国旅游企业参与国际竞争的能力增强,部分企业已经开始在全球资源的配置上寻求新的增长空间,国际化经营的要求也日益迫切。但我国旅游企业在境外的投资和经营中存在许多问题,找到解决这些问题的路径是我国旅游企业进一步发展的关键。 In 2014,the status of the world’s largest outbound tourist market and the largest outbound tourism consumer was further consolidated.The increasing demand of international tourism has further expanded the international tourism market,and Chinese tourism enterprises and even some non-tourism enterprises have dabbled in the international tourism market.With the growth of economic strength,the ability of tourism enterprises in our country to participate in international competition are growing,some companies have begun to find new space for growth in the allocation of global resources,the requirements of international operation are becoming more and more urgent.However,there are many problems in the foreign investment and operation of Chinese tourism enterprises,and finding the path to solve these problems is the key to further development of our tourism enterprises.
