摘要
设计了一种用PLC实现的交通灯控制系统,系统中充分利用了PLC的硬件和软件资源;详细介绍了交通灯的正常运行和急车强通运行两种情况,并给出了系统的硬件接线和相应的梯形图;设计中利用组态软件MCGS对该系统实现了实时远程监控,可靠性高,较好地实现了预期目标。
A kind of traffic lights controlling system using PLC is designed,and the automatic control of the traffic lights is performed by software.In the system,the hardware and software resources of PLC are used reasonably.The normally running and emergency transport are introduced in detail.The wiring of hardware and PLC ladder diagram is discussed in detail in this traffic lights signal system.The remote monitoring system of traffic lights at the crossroads is developed with configuration software MCGS,which monitors traffic lights in real-time and improvs the reliability greatly.
