摘要
文化是一个国家、一个民族的灵魂。文化在综合国力竞争中的地位和作用更加凸显。加强体育文化建设是我国社会主义事业总体布局的一个组成部分。从文化视角切入,运用文化层次理论系统性地阐释体育文化内涵,构建涵盖体育制度文化、体育精神文化、体育物质文化以及体育行为文化的体育文化建设评价指标体系,并采用模糊综合评价法对江苏省体育文化建设的总体情况进行实证。
Culture is the soul of a nation and a race. It plays a more prominent role in the competition of comprehensive national strength.Strengthening sports culture construction has become an integral part of the overall layout of Chinese socialism. Based on a perspective of culture, we systematically explains sports culture connotation by using the cultural level theory and then builds an evaluation index system covering sports system culture, sports spirit culture, sports material culture, and sports behavior culture. Finally, an empirical research is conducted to analyze the sports culture construction in Jiangsu Province based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.
