摘要
石羊河流域中上游武威盆地水资源大规模开发利用 ,造成进入民勤盆地水量日益减少。民勤盆地通过大量开采地下水 ,缓解了水资源的严重短缺 ,为民勤绿洲的发展提供了必要的水资源。由于民勤盆地每年超采地下水超过 3× 10 8m3 ,导致了区域性地下水位从上世纪 70年代的 1~ 9m下降到现在的 12~ 2 8m。随之而来的是盆地灌溉空间格局的变化 ,灌溉水源由原来的地表地下水混合水源变为以地下水为主。盆地内地下水水质恶化 ,土地沙漠化、盐渍化等生态环境劣化现象严重。
The Minqin Basin (about 1 250 m a.s.l.) is located in the lower reaches of Shiyanghe River in the eastern part of the Hexi Corridor, its east, north and west sides are surrounded by Tenggeli Desert and Badanjilin Desert. In this paper, the ecological and environmental problems caused by the excessive exploitation and utilization of groundwater resources are researched. The results show that the ecology and environment in the basin are extremely vulnerable due to the shortage of water resources. Because the annual excessive pumped groundwater volume is as much as 3.0×108 m3, a drawdown of the regional groundwater level occurs, i.e., from 1~9 m in the 1970's down to 21~28 m in depth now. Successively, the spatial pattern of irrigation in the basin is changed, the mixed water consumption of surface water and groundwater for irrigation is substituted by the dominance of groundwater, and many ecological environment problems, such as the serious degeneration of the natural and artificial vegetation in the marginal zones of the deserts, land desertification, soil salinization or alkalization, are resulted in. Therefore, the ecological regeneration in the Minqin Basin is an urgent matter for the regional sustainable development.
