摘要
以中海石油建滔化工有限公司日产2 000t甲醇装置为例,在以高CO2、高N2含量的天然气为原料的天然气制甲醇工艺中,从天然气转化和甲醇合成两个重要工序入手,重点论述了水碳比、转化炉出口温度、合成催化剂温度优化操作等关键指标对产量、能耗的影响,并阐述了日常操作和非正常工况下重点工艺指标的监控标准,达到甲醇稳定生产,增加产量,节能降耗的目的,进而取得更大的经济效益。
This paper takes Zhonghai Petroleum Jianye Chemical Co.,Ltd.as a daily production of 2000 t methanol plant as an example.In the natural gas methanol process with high CO2 and high N2 content as raw materials,starting from two important processes of natural gas conversion and methanol synthesis,the key points are The effects of key parameters such as water-carbon ratio,reformer outlet temperature and synthetic catalyst temperature optimization operation on production and energy consumption are discussed.The monitoring standards of key process indicators under daily operation and abnormal working conditions are described,and stable production of methanol is achieved.Increase the output,save energy and reduce consumption,and then achieve greater economic benefits.
