摘要
近年来,随着现代化建设的持续推进,国内工业能源需求不断增加,致使石油资源减少、石油储运安全事故频发,从而降低了石油生产、运输、储存、利用效率,破坏了当地生态环境。鉴于此,着重对石油储运工程中的安全环保管理问题进行研究,希望能促进石油行业的健康发展。
In recent years,with the continuous advancement of modernization,the domestic industrial energy demand has been increasing,resulting in the reduction of oil resources and frequent accidents in oil storage and transportation,thus reducing the ef?ciency of oil production,transportation,storage and utilization,and destroying the local ecological environment.In view of this,this paper focuses on the safety and environmental protection management in oil storage and transportation engineering,hoping to promote the healthy development of the oil industry.
