运用防晃电控制器实现低压机泵抗晃电功能

摘要 随着生产自动化水平的提高,机泵连续运行的可靠性成为生产平稳的重要条件,而晃电成为影响机泵连续运行的重要因素,单台机泵如何实现抗晃电功能显得尤为重要。结合KBD-SEC200防晃电控制器功能,探究从控制回路优化、改造,实现单台机泵防晃电功能,提高机泵连续运行的可靠性。 With the improvement of production automation level,the reliability of continuous operation of pump has become an important condition for the production of stable,and Akira has become an important factor affecting the continuous operation of pump.It is very important for single machine pump to realize anti-The Combined with KBD-SEC200 anti-shake controller function,to explore from the control loop optimization,transformation,to achieve a single pump pump anti-shake function to improve the reliability of continuous operation of the pump.
