摘要
依据非无菌原料药拉西地平、阿奇沙坦的物料衡算和设备设计与选型结果,探讨同时生产这两种化学原料药的车间设计过程。车间总平面、拉西地平和阿齐沙坦各自的一般生产区、洁净区和辅助生产区、车间人物流流向都依据GMP和建筑设计防火等规范进行具体布置。
According to the material balance of chemical API lacidipine and azilsartan,and the results of equipment design and selection,this paper discusses the design process of lacidipine and azilsartan from chemical raw materials to finished products.The layout of workshop general plan,general production area,clean area and auxiliary production areas,and the flow direction of people and logistics in the workshop are based on GMP and code for fire protection design of building as well as other specifications to make the specific layout.
