摘要
在现代技术和设备的支撑下,金属材料的问题主要集中在焊接问题上,因为焊接未熔合或者焊接过程中电流过大而产生冷热裂纹、产生气孔和焊瘤等问题的产生,影响金属材料的使用寿命和功能发挥,进而影响了一起为原材料的设备质量,因此有必要以金属材料的焊接问题为中心进行研究,以进一步提升金属材料焊接成型的技术和质量。因此,从金属材料焊接成型过程中可能出现的冷裂纹、热裂纹以及其他问题角度出发,对其进行成因分析并提出具有针对性的建议和防范措施,希望能实现该课题的研究目的。
In the modern technology and equipment support,metal materials,mainly concentrated in the welding problem,probably because of lack of fusion welding or excessive current welding process and cold crack,blowhole and welding problems,affects the service life and function of metal materials,thereby affecting the original together the material quality of equipment,so it is necessary to welding of metal materials as the center of research,to further enhance the metal material welding technology and quality molding.This article is from the angle of metal welding cold crack,may appear in the process of forming thermal cracks and other problems,analyzed the causes of it and puts forward some pertinent suggestions and measures,hoping to achieve the purpose of this research.
