随着管道建设业务的增加,社会的进步、经济的飞速发展与管道安全施工、平稳运行密切相关。人们也日益重视环境的HSE管理,我们既要看到自身发展存在的短板,又要看到多年锤炼积累的优势。如何发挥安全监督管理在管道工程项目施工过程的作用是值得深思的问题。
With the increase of pipeline construction,social progress and rapid economic development are closely related to pipeline safe construction and smooth operation.People also pay more attention to environmental management of HSE,we must not only see the shortcomings of their own development,but also to see the advantages of years of temper accumulation.How to play safety supervision and management in the pipeline construction project process is worth pondering the role of the problem.
