摘要
建立测定PMMA食品包装容器中甲基丙烯酸甲酯迁移量的气相色谱-质谱联用法。PMMA食品包装容器在不同温度时间下用食品模拟物浸泡,浸泡液用乙酸乙酯震荡离心提取,提取液在HP-INNOWax色谱柱上分离,选择SIM模式在质谱中分析。甲基丙烯酸甲酯的浓度在0.2~10.0mg/L范围内与峰面积成线性关系,线性回归方程为y=2 583.3x+94.324,相关系数为0.999 9,方法检出限为0.1mg/L。
A method for the determination of methyl methacrylate(MMA)in PMMA food packaging was established by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS).PMMA food containers were immersed in food simulants at different temperature and time.The extract was centrifuged with ethyl acetate and centrifuged.The extract was separated on HP-INNOWax column,and the SIM mode was selected for mass spectrometry analysis.The linear regression equation was y=2 583.3x+94.324,the correlation coefficient was 0.999 9,and the detection limit of the method was 0.1(mg/L).The linear regression equation was linear in the range of 0.2-10.0,mg/L.
