摘要
目的研究erbB - 2 /HER - 2基因在肺癌组织中的异常表达的意义。方法应用免疫组织化学的方法检测 5 0例肺癌和 2 0例正常肺组织HER - 2 (人体第二表皮生长因子受体 ,Humanepidermal- growth -factorreceptor 2 ,HER2 )蛋白的表达。结果HER - 2 /neu在正常肺组织中无过表达 ,肺癌组织中存在HER - 2 /neu的过表达 ,过表达率为 6 6 % ,肺癌HER - 2 /neu的过表达更多见于中晚期肺癌 ,特别是肺腺癌 ,且与患者术后无瘤三年生存率呈负相关。结论HER - 2 /neu可作为评价肺癌 (特别是肺腺癌 )患者预后的可靠指标。
Objective To investigate the erbB-2 abnormal expression in lung cancer.Methods 20 sampleS of paraffin-embedded normal lung tissues and 50 samples of parattm-embedded lung cancer from the patients with lung cancer were examined for erbB-2 expression by immunohistochemistry.Results HER-2 was underexpressed in normal lung tissues and overexpressed in lung cancer.The HER-2 overexpression in lung cancer was associated with clinical stage (66%) and reversly correlated with postoperative survival especially in adenocarcinoma lung cancer. Conclusion The HER-2 tends to be apptaised the development of lung cancer and it is a mark for the credibility prognosis of lung cancer.
