本文阐述了在经济全球化、技经贸一体化的形势下加强国际科技合作交流的必要性和意义,并对潍坊市近年来开展国际科技合作的现状及存在的主要问题进行了研究分析,提出了加强国际科技合作的发展思路和政策建议。
