摘要
本文主要探讨DA转换器全码测试的原理及实现方法,并说明基于国产JC-3165测试系统完成对DA转换器静态参数的测试。DA转换器全码测试模块包含码型发生器、程控电压基准、波形分析模块三大部分。码型发生器提供DA转换器的输入数码;程控电压基准提供DA转换器所需的基准电压;波形分析模块用于测试DA转换器的输出电压;最后利用测试系统的图形控制器和定时产生器与全码测试模块同步工作,同时记录全码产生的输出电压;分析输出电压即可得出DNL、INL等参数。
This paper mainly discusses the principle of DA converter full code test and realization method,and show that the domestic JC-3165 test system of DA converter based on static parameter test. DA converter full code test module includes a code generator, programmable voltage reference,waveform analysis module three parts. Code generator to provide the input digital DA converter;programmable voltage reference voltage DA converter is required; waveform analysis module is used to output voltage test of DA converter; finally, using the graphics controller test system and the timing generator and the full code test module synchronization, while recording the output voltage generated by the DNL code analysis, INL; the parameters such as output voltage can beobtained.
