摘要
现代企业管理中,人力资源管理的重要性,越来越受到重视。这其中,数据管理成为重要环节。人力资源管理中,各项人事数据的筛选和调整,直接受到数据管理影响。本文主要,从ERP人力资源概念入手,对ERP管理系统进行研究,讨论了ERP系统构建,和具体细节的设计实施。
Modern enterprise management,the importance of human resource management,more and more attention. Among these,data management has become an important part.Human resources management,the selection and adjustment of personnel data directly affected by the data management.In this paper,starting from the concept of human resources ERP,ERP management system for the study discusses the ERP system construction, and specific details of the design implementation.
