摘要
根据汽车驾驶员素质现状及存在问题,分析了影响驾驶员素质高低的相关因素,构建了综合评价指标体系和评价模型。根据计算结果可判断驾驶员素质高低,并可提高交通管理部门的管理水平。
According to the status and problems of cars driver quality,analysis of the relevant factors affecting the quality level of the driver,and build comprehensive evaluation index system and evaluation model.The quality level of the driver can be judged according to the results,they can improve management of traffic management departments.
