摘要
电子商务代表着未来贸易方式的发展方向,其应用和推广将给社会和经济带来极大的效益,电子商务将成为全球经济的最大增长点之一。作为对市场经济秩序进行监督管理和行政执法的工商行政管理部门,也必须对其进行研究,以促进其健康发展。本文就从对电子商务的认识入手,谈工商行政管理机关在电子商务时代所应承担的任务。
The electronic commerce represents the development direction of future trade way, its application and promotion will bring great benefit to society and economy,electronic commerce will become one of the world's largest economic growth points.As the administrative department for Industry and Commerce for the supervision and control of the order of the market economy and the administrative law enforcement,must also be studied,in order to promote the healthy development of.This paper starts from the understanding of the electronic commerce,on the administrative authority for Industry and Commerce shall bear in the age of electronic commerce task.
