摘要
技术创新是现代电子企业实现发展不可或缺的重要手段,它不仅可以为电子企业带来高额利润、还可促使电子企业不断降低生产成本以及为满足消费者求新求变的升级需求提供支持,是电子企业发展壮大的重要推动力量。但目前我国电子企业由于还存在着诸如技术创新体制不完善、不善于开展创新合作及人才流失严重等问题,因此还需要不断完善技术创新体制、加强技术合作、找准技术创新方向以及创造出留住人才的企业环境,如此,才可促使我国电子企业不断突破原有技术,不断发展壮大。
Technological Innovation is so important to the development of electronic enterprise.It can not only bring high profits to the electronic enterprises,also can continuously reduce production cost and to meet consumer's upgrade demand.But at present,our electronic enterprise still exist some problems,such as the technology innovation system is not perfect,cooperation with scientific research institution is fragile,and the problem of brain drain is serious.In order to make electronic enterprises more stronger,It needs to constantly improve the technological innovation system,strengthen the technical cooperation and pinpoint the direction of the technology innovation and to create pro prate environment that can retain talent.
