摘要
对建筑工程造价实施信息管理是将工程造价信息技术或系统应用在房地产开发以及相关建筑工程项目中,对建筑工程的整个过程进行投资估算以及财务评价等,从项目的投资规模、前期融资方案制定、项目相关技术的设计水平、主要承包商的承包和招标方式等内容进行造价管理。信息技术应用于建筑工程造价管理中具有重要的意义。本文研究的是建筑工程造价的信息管理相关概念、作用和主要内容,并针对出现的问题提出解决对策。
