摘要
随着信息技术的发展,国外一些发达国家的城市矿产产业发展已经渐趋成熟,日本、美国、德国这些国家有完整的相关法律体系,并建立了适应各自国家情况的城市矿产发展模式,形成了废弃物回收再利用的体系。我国的城市矿产产业还处于起步阶段,这些国家在城市矿产方面取得的良好效果,可以为我国城市矿产的发展提供有益的启示。
With the development of information technology,development of urban mining in several developed countries has become more mature.Japan,United States and Germany have a complete relevant legal system. They set up different development models of urban mining,also form waste recycling systems adapting to their national conditions.Chinese urban mining industry is still in its infancy.These countries above have achieved good results in urban mining which can provide useful inspirations for the development of urban mining to our country.
