摘要
针对小球面(Φ5mm~Φ50mm)的加工特点,在磁流变抛光原理的基础上,设计了小型磁流变抛光装置。详细介绍了抛光装置中的工件运动机构的设计原理,并且通过三维建模从理论上验证了此设计的可行性。
For a small sphere(Φ5mm~Φ50mm)of the processing characteristics,on the basis of the principle of magnetorheological polishing,designed a small magnetorheological polishing apparatus.The design principle of workpiece movement institutions of polishing device was introduced in detail,and through the three-dimensional modeling theoretically proves the feasibility of this design.
