摘要
知识转移是企业知识管理中的重要环节。本文结合电信企业的现状,初步确定电信企业知识转移效率评价的指标和决策单元,提出DEA模型,并通过模型对知识转移进行算例评价,对于无效企业和有效企业如何进行改进而获得更好的知识转移效率进行了阐述。
Knowledge transfer is an important part in an enterprise knowledge management.This paper combines with the current situation of telecom companies,we get knowledge transfer efficiency the evaluation index of telecom company and decision-making unit.And through the model of knowledge transfer,the paper does some example evaluation.For invalid and effective enterprise,how to improve and gain better knowledge transfer efficiency is also discussed in this paper.
