摘要
G20峰会机制是为实现更优的全球经济和金融治理而形成的非正式性的国际合作与协调机制,它根源于国际政治经济力量对比的变化,是次贷危机的直接产物。G20峰会机制在全球金融治理中发挥着主导性作用,凸显在稳定全球金融市场、推动国际金融机构改革、加强全球金融监管和改革国际货币体系四个方面。在后危机时代,欲适应不断变化的全球挑战,实现长效治理,G20峰会机制应完善机制化建设、平衡全球代表权和强化治理的有效性。中国以G20峰会机制为平台,在丰富全球金融治理的理论和实践方面均发挥了重要作用;面对新的机遇和挑战,中国在全球战略规划、国际话语权能力建设方面需做出进一步提高。
C20 Summit Mechanism is an informal international cooperation and coordination mechanism for achieving better global economic and financial governance.G20 is rooted in the changes of international political and economic situation, which is the direct result of the subprime mortgage crisis.G20 Summit Mechanism has played a leading role in global financial governance,which highlight in stabilizing global financial markets,promoting the reform of the international financial institutions, strengthening the global financial regulation and reforming the international monetary system.In the post-financial crisis era,to adapt the changing global challenges and to achieve long-efficiency governance,G20 Summit Mechanism should perfect institutional construction,balance the global representation and strengthen the effectiveness of governance.Through the G20 summit Mechanism,China has played an important role in developing the theory and practice of Global financial governance.Facing new opportunities and challenges,China should improve global strategic planning and international discourse ability construction.
