摘要 在复杂的电磁环境中,医疗器械有可能受到电磁干扰的影响而偏离正常的工作状态,甚至可能会出现误诊、误治疗等情况。电磁兼容(EMC)是医用电气设备一项重要指标,直接影响医用电气设备使用过程中的安全有效,对于确保患者用械安全意义重大。本文结合某型磁场刺激仪对辐射发射(RE),传导发射(CE)和电快速瞬变脉冲群抗扰度(EFT)这三个试验进行了研究,提出了相应的整改措施,这对今后相关医疗器械的电磁兼容测试和整改起到了一定的借鉴作用。 medical devices may be affected by electromagnetic interference and deviate from normal working conditions in a complex electromagnetic environment. It may result in misdiagnosis and mistreatment. Electromagnetic compatibility(EMC) is an important indicator of medical electrical equipment, which directly affects the safety and effectiveness of medical electrical equipment in the process of use. It is of great significance to ensure the safety of medi cal equipment for patients. In this paper, the radiated emission(RE), conducted emission(CE), and electrical fast transient(EFT) tests are studied in conjunction with a magnetic stimulator, and the corresponding corrective methods are proposed. It serves as a reference for future electromagnetic compatibility tests and rectification of related medical devices.
