摘要
基于陶瓷基片设计了W波段的宽带三倍频器。为提高电路功率容量,简化空闲电路的设计,倍频电路采用了平衡结构,能够更好地实现奇次倍频;使用了氧化铝陶瓷作为基片,使得原本电路尺寸就较小的毫米波电路整体尺寸更小,能够像芯片一样便捷地安装在各种系统中;对使用的二极管芯片建立了精确的三维电磁模型,避免了使用传统的SPICE模型所带来的缺陷,能够准确表征二极管在各个不同频段的寄生参数。测试结果表明:当输入功率为20dBm时,在全频段具有大于0dBm的功率输出,典型输出功率为3dBm。
In this paper, a W-band broadband Tripler is designed based on ceramic substrate. To improve power capacity of the circuit and simplify the design of the idle circuit, a balance structure is used, which can achieve better odd frequency multiplication;The use of alumina ceramic substrate, making the original small size of millimeter wave circuit smaller and can be easily installed in various systems like a chip;Accurate three-dimensional electromagnetic model is built for the diode, which avoids the defects caused by the traditional SPICE model, and can accurately characterize the parasitic parameters of diodes in different wave bands. Test result shows that when the input power is 20 dBm, the output power is higher than 0dBm in the whole frequency band, and the typical output power is 3dBm.
