摘要
本文设计了一种工作在1~3GHz频段收发一体化的超宽带穿墙雷达天线。该天线以印刷平面单极天线为出发点,采用易于加工的共面波导进行馈电,更有利于实现宽带的阻抗匹配。合理选择了介电常数为10.2的Arlon(AD1000)介质基板材料,设计主辐射贴片结构为正三角形,引入金属地协同辐射结构进一步提高天线的整体辐射性能,天线的总体尺寸为72mm×43mm×3mm。仿真与测试结果表明,在1.12~3GHz的带宽内驻波比小于3,半功率波束宽度大于100?,且方向图的一致性较好。
This paper designs an ultra-wideband through-wall radar antenna that works in the 1 to 3GHz band. The antenna is based on a printed planar monopole antenna and uses a coplanar waveguide that is easy to process for feeding, which is more conducive to broadband impedance matching. The Arlon(AD1000) dielectric substrate material with a dielectric constant of 10.2 is selected rationally. The main radiation patch structure is designed as an equilateral triangle. The metal radiating structure is introduced to further improve the overall radiation performance of the antenna. The overall size of antenna is 72 mm ? 43 mm ? 3mm.Simulation and test results show that the VSWR is less than 3 in the bandwidth from 1.12 to 3 GHz, and the Half-power beam width is greater than 100 degrees, and the directional pattern has better consistency.
