摘要
本文介绍了一种W频段宽带线性扫频(LFM)源。该W频段扫频源首先采用锁相电路(PLL)直接输出Ku波段扫频信号,然后通过下混频产生X波段信号,最后对该X波段扫频信号倍频放大的方式实现。最终输出(三角波或锯齿波)扫频信号频率为87~97GHz,输出功率大于14dBm,功率波动小于2dB,信号相位噪声优于-78dBc/Hz@1kHz,杂散抑制优于40dBc。
In this paper, a kind of W-band linear frequency modulation(LFM) source with broadband is introduced. The W-band LFM source apply the phase lock loop(PLL) circuit to generate a Ku-band LFM signal directly, and then down convert to X-band, finally be realized by multiplying and amplifying this X-band LFM signal to W-band. The output frequency of the LFM signal(triangular wave or saw wave) cover the bandwidth from 87GHz^97GHz, the output power is greater than 14 dBm, power swing is less than 2 dB, signal phase noise is better than-78 dBc/Hz@1kHz, and spurious rejection is better than 40 dBc.
