摘要
本文介绍了一种微波收发装置,主要功能为在195mm×170mm×35mm的体积下产生发射机和其他装置所需的激励信号及多种参考信号,同时对天线接收的有用信号进行三通道的模拟处理。该装置集成Ku波段低相噪锁相跳频本振源;采用ADS优化仿真实现多种信号的快速调制和接收通道之间的高隔离。实测Ku波段发射信号相位噪声≤-110d Bc/Hz@10kHz,发射信号脉冲调制状态下上升沿≤1.5ns,下降沿≤6ns,接收三通道间隔离度≥60d B。
This article introduces a kind of transceiving device.It has two main functions in 195 mm×170 mm×35 mm space.Generating the drive signal for transmitter and other device and disposing the three channel signal that antenna received.This device has Ku-band low phase noise PLL; use ADS simulation achieved signal high speed modulation and high isolation in each receiving channel.Actually measuring Ku-band signal phase-noise ≤-110 dBc/Hz@10 k Hz in vibration,pulse modulated transmitting signal rise time ≤1.5 ns,fall time ≤6 ns,receiving channel isolation≥60 dB.
