摘要
耦合阻抗是折叠波导慢波结构注-波互作用强度的重要指标。基于公式计算和软件模拟只能计算出冷腔耦合阻抗。本文对320GHz折叠波导振荡器加载电子注之后的'热'耦合阻抗进行了分析,首先提取出折叠波导振荡器中的纵向电场,对电场分量进行滤波,分离出高频电场,再用高频电场计算出'热'耦合阻抗,并与冷腔耦合阻抗进行了对比。
Interaction impedance is an important factor represents the intensity of the beam-wave interaction.The theoretical calculation and software simulation can only solve the cold interaction impedance.In this paper,the hot interaction impedance of a 320 GHz folded waveguide(FW) oscillator with electron beam is investigated.Firstly,the axial electric field in the FW oscillator was calculated.Next,the frequency spectrum of the electric field was filtered.The high-frequency electric field was separated from the whole electric field.Finally,the hot interaction impedance was calculated from the high-frequency electric field,and compared with the cold interaction impedance.
