摘要
随着太赫兹技术的发展,人们对低损耗THz传输器件的需求越来越迫切。在本文中,提出了一种利用光子晶体光纤制备技术来实现的微尺寸同轴电缆的优化结构设计。这种优化设计的结果可以使成份为石英和铜组成的微尺寸同轴电缆对0.1THz的损耗降到5.45d B/m。
With the development of THz technology, the low loss Thz transmission device is emergently needed. In this paper, we propose one optimized design of microsize coaxial cable which is realized by photonic crystal fiber technology. The result of this optimized design makes the loss(at 0.1THz) of microsize coaxial cable which is composited of silica and copper reduce to 5.45 d B/m.
