Design of Passive Circuit of Sub-harmonic Image Rejection Mixer in Ka-Band

摘要 Ka波段亚谐波镜像抑制混频器的无源电路包括3d B同相功分器、Lange电桥和中频正交合成器。运用电磁仿真软件辅助设计,最终得到3d B同相功分器在15~20GHz插损小于3.1d B,幅度不平衡度小于0.02d B;Lange电桥在30~40GHz插损小于3.3d B,幅度不平衡度小于0.4d B,相位不平衡度小于0.5?;中频正交合成器在200MHz处,幅度不平衡度小于0.01d B,相位差89.3?。 The passive circuit of sub-harmonic image rejection mixer in Ka-band includes in-phase power divider, Lange coupler and intermediate frequency quadrature coupler. The components are designed by using EM simulation software, and the simulation result shows that in range of 15~20GHz, insertion loss of in-phase power divider is less than 3.1 d B, and imbalance degree of amplitude is below 0.02 d B; in the range of 30~40GHz, insertion loss of Lange coupler is better than 3.3d B, while the imbalance degree of amplitude is less than 0.4d B, and of phase is less than 0.5?; at the frequency of 200 MHz, the imbalance degree of amplitude is less than 0.01 d B, and the phase difference is 89.3?.
