摘要
本文首先概述了空间功率合成技术的理论研究进展和实验研究进展,然后,在介绍基片集成波导的基础上综述了近年来基于基片集成波导的毫米波空间功率合成技术的研究进展。最后,分析了毫米波空间功率合成技术的研究趋势,提出了一些有待深入研究的方向和亟待解决的问题。
In this paper, the theoretical and experimental research progress of spatial power combining technology is firstly outlined. Then, a research review of the latest researches on millimeter-wave spatial power combining technology is given on basis of a brief summary of substrate integrated waveguide. In the end, some directions of spatial power combining techniques needing further research and problems requiring solutions in the future are also predicted.
