摘要 简述了频谱仪噪声系数和灵敏度的基本概念。阐述了利用频谱分析仪测量天线噪声温度的原理和方法。分析了频谱分析仪本底噪声对天线噪声温度测量的影响,给出了频谱仪测量噪声功率的修正因子计算公式及数值修正曲线。最后给出了C波段13米车载天线噪声温度测量结果。理论分析和实测结果表明:当测量噪声功率与频谱仪的本底噪声之比小于或等于20d B时,应考虑频谱仪本底噪声对天线噪声温度测量的影响。 In this paper, basic concepts of noise factor and sensitivity are described simply for spectrum analyzer. Measuring principle and procedure of antenna noise temperature are described simply using spectrum analyzer. Effect of spectrum analyzer noise floor on antenna noise temperature measurement is analyzed, and correction factor calculation formula and correct curve of measuring noise power are given using spectrum analyzer. At first, measuring results of C-band 13-metre vehicle antenna noise temperature are given. Results of theory and test show that effect of spectrum analyzer noise floor on antenna noise temperature measurement is considered when ratio of spectrum analyzer measuring noise power to noise floor power is less than or equal to 20 d B.
