摘要
目的 :分析评价南山区恶性肿瘤报告网络工作现状和监测结果。方法 :建立健全市、区专业机构和辖区综合医院防保科组成的恶性肿瘤报告网络监测系统并加强报告单位的质量管理检查 ,落实恶性肿瘤登记报告制度。结果 :户籍人口 1998～ 2 0 0 1年恶性肿瘤发病登记率平均分别比暂住和流动人口高出 46.5%、 42 .6% ;但 2 0 0 2年户籍人口均低于暂住和流动人口。 1999～ 2 0 0 2年全人口总体发病登记率由 2 5.7/ 10万提高至 3 6.7/ 10万 ,其中暂住和流动人口分别增长了 97.5%、71.1% ,而户籍人口降低了 3 9.2 % ;ICD分类中 ,消化系统病例占恶性肿瘤总数的 69.2 % ,胃癌居前十位恶性肿瘤首位 ;综合医院恶性肿瘤报告率、报告及时率由 98.6%提高至 10 0 .0 % ,登记报卡合格率由 71.2 %提高至 99.6%。结论 :通过持续开展恶性肿瘤报病监测工作并加强质量管理 。
Objective: To analyze and evaluate current situa tion and surveillanc e results of malignancy tumors report net system Methods: Mali g nancy tumors report net surveillance system which comprised of professional or ganization in city or district and section of prevention and health care in juri sdictional all around hospitals have been constructed and perfected Quality m anagement inspection of report units has been emphasized Register and report s ystem of malignancy tumors has been fulfilled Results: Malign a ncy tumors register rate of registered permanent residents was 46 5% and 42 6% higher than that of registe red temporarily residents and hobo respectively from 1998 to 2001 The sicken r e gister rate of whole population increased from 257/million to 367/million in 1999~2001;Among those population,the rate of registered temporarily residents and hobo increased 97 5% and 71 1% respectively;Meanwhile,the rate of reg is tered permanent residents decreased 39 2% In ICD class,there were 69 2% dig est system cases among total malignancy tumors cases,and carcinoma ventriculi rank ed No 1 in first 10 kinds of malignancy tumors Report rate and in time repo r ting rate of malignancy tumors in all around hospitals increased from 98 6% to 1 00 0%,and eligible rate of register reporting increased from 71 2% to 99 6% Conclusions: Through persisting work on case reporting surveillanc e of malignancy tumors and emphasizing quality management,current situation and development trend of malignancy tumors in total Nanshan population have been clarified
