摘要
对中性点不接地交流电网发生单相、两相绝缘故障时中性点对地电压 U_(NN′)进行了深入分析,提出了仅利用 U_(NN′)的2个特征量(幅值和相位)判断绝缘故障相的方法。实验结果表明本文提出的绝缘故障相判断定位方法正确,可行且简单易实现。
In this paper,the basic theory of voltage between neutral point to ground is analyzed when single phase-to-ground an double phase-to-ground insulation faults occur in ungrounded neutral AC electrical network. A method to locate insulation fault phase is proposed by using the amplitude and phase of.The experimental esults show that the method to locate insulation fault phase is correct,feasible and easily realized.
