摘要
将尺寸较小的刨切微薄竹与无纺布粘贴 ,横向拼宽制成大幅面刨切微薄竹。实验结果表明 :刨切微薄竹大幅面化后 ,不但可克服微薄竹脆性大、易开裂、幅面小等缺点 ,而且可实现微薄竹贴面的机械化、连续化生产 ;施胶微薄竹与带胶和不带胶无纺布粘合的较佳工艺参数为 :热压温度 10 0℃、热压时间 90s、热压压力 1.0MPa ,上胶量分别为 3 0、45g/m2 。
The big width of sliced thin bamboo veneer was made of smaller size of sliced th in bamboo veneer with adhesive-bonded fabric by sticking and crosswise jointing width. The results showed that sliced thin bamboo veneer enlarged can not only o vercome its shortcomings of bigger brittleness, easy opening shake, small width and so on, but also realize mechanical and continuous production of overlaying f or thin bamboo veneer. The better technical parameters of thin bamboo veneer sti cking with adhesive-bonded fabric was that hot-press temperature was 100℃, hot- press time 90 s, hot-press pressure 1.0 MPa, and its glue-spread 30 and 45 g m 2 respectively.
