摘要
Three hundred eighty one varieties under 16 families 41genera 68 species(or subspecies) were introduced successively from home and abroad during 1999~2001.The preliminary evaluation of botanical characters and agrobiological characteristics of the 319 varieties among them was made and 29 varieties which had good comprehensive traits were initially selected from them. Also the standards of picking, edible ways and functions of these varieties were briefed here to provide a technological support for orienting the vegetable production in Shanghai towards good quality, diversity and market.
