摘要 目的:建立正常人下颌骨三维有限元模型,为以后的生物力学研究和分析奠定基础。方法:利用螺旋CT三维影像重建技术与三维有限元方法结合建立人下颌骨有限元模型。结果:获得良好的下颌骨三维有限元模型,并可模拟不同工作状况模型各部分的力学改变。结论:利用螺旋CT三维影像重建技术与三维有限元方法结合,建立正常人下颌骨三维有限元模型是切实可行的。 To build a three-dimensional finite element model of temporomandibular joint and the mandible. Methods: The model was established by using the reconstructive technique of spiral CT in combination with the three-dimensional finite element method. Results: Mechanical changes of various parts of the model in different working conditions could be simulated by means of adding different material properties and boundary conditions. Conclusion: On the basis of conducting spiral CT scan and three-dimensional reconstruction, building a three-dimensional finite element model was possible and satisfactory.
