摘要
通过对我国教师教育现状及发展趋势的分析,认为应转变思想、更新观念,突出特色、科学定位,发挥优势、实现突破,积极应对教师教育培养模式变化、教师学历要求不断提高带来的挑战,促进高等师范教育的可持续发展。同时,结合我院实际,提出构建新型人才培养模式、提高教育质量的具体措施。
The article analyzes the present condition and the trend of teacher-trainning ; and it indicates that the college should renew its ideas of education,exert its advantages, adapt itself to the modern education modes ac-tively to advance the continuous development of advanced pedagogic education.Meanwhile,it sets forth the con-crete steps to set up new education modes to cultivate new-type talents and raise the quality of education.
