摘要
近年来,我国出口商品低价竞销形式多种多样。造成我国出口商品低价竞销的原因是多方面的,从表面上看是出口企业间恶性竞争,深层次看则是由各种错综复杂的利益矛盾引起的。治理出口商品低价竞销的行为,需要标本兼治,短期政策和长期政策相结合,单项办法和综合治理相配套,并把握好相关的原则。
In recent years, the forms of selling China's export goods at low price are diverse. The reasons of them are manifold. Seemingly it's the bad competition among the export enterprises , while studied deeply it is resulted from complicated interest contradiction. The governance of the behavior of selling the export goods at low price should be done not only seemingly but essentially as well. The long-tern policy and the short-term policy should be combined and the single method and comprehensive governance should be matched. In addition, a few important principles should be followed.
