摘要
分析了MOTOROLA电机驱动专用控制芯片MC68HC908MR16(MR16)的死区补偿机理;详细介绍了其死区补偿的硬件设计和实现过程;给出了相应的软件实现方案,以及逆变器中实现该死区补偿技术的实验波形。
The principle of dead time compensation is analyzed when using MOTOROLA MC68HC908MR16 as controller for motor drive,hardware design and software program are also introduced.At last,some supporting experimental results are given.
