摘要
观察药物流产后对象 30 0例 ,设中药组 10 0例 (服桂枝茯苓胶囊 10天 ) ,西药组 10 0例(用宫缩素 3天 ) ,对照组 10 0例 (药流后不再用药 ) ,14天后观察疗效。结果 :流血停止 ,中药组 75例 ,西药组 5 0例 ,对照组 4 5例 (P <0 0 5 ) ;宫内无残留物 ,中药组 10 0例 ,西药组 4 2例 ,对照组 2 8例 (P <0 0 1)。
Three hundreds of women undergoing drug-induced abortion were divided into three groups: group A in which 100 women were given “Guizhi Fuling Capsule” for 10 days,group B in which 100 women were given oxytocin for 3 days,and group C in which 100 women were given nothing. Results: 14 days later,the bleeding was stanched 75 women in group A,50 women in group B and 45 women in group C,P<0.05; absence of intrauterine residue happened in 100 women in group A,42 women in group B and 28 women in group C,P<0.01.
