摘要
针对我国铝土矿资源的实际情况 ,采用选择性絮凝方法对一水硬铝石和伊利石的分离进行了系统的试验研究。结果表明 ,分散剂YF -1的耗量为 3mg/L、pH为 9左右时 ,伊利石呈现稳定的分散 ;絮凝剂YX -1对伊利石作用很弱 ,对一水硬铝石作用则很强 ,显现良好的选择性 ;对伊利石和一水硬铝石的人工混合矿进行一次分离 ,可以脱除 72 .0 %的伊利石 ,仅损失 4.0 %的一水硬铝石。将山西孝义w(Al2 O3 ) /w(SiO2 ) =4.45的铝土矿磨至 -74μm占 80 %,进行一次脱泥 ,脱出物产率为 6%、w(Al2 O3 ) /w (SiO2 ) 仅 1.70。
In accordance with the real conditions of China's bauxite ore resource, systematic experiment reseach on the separation of diaspor from illite by selective flocculation was carried out. The results showed that illite exhibited a stabilized dispersion at a YF-1 disperser dosage of 3 mg/L and a pH value of 9. YX-1 flocculant had a weak effect on illite while a strong effect on diaspor, showing a good selectivity. A separation of artificially mixed ore could remove 72.0% illite at only 4.0% loss rate of diaspor. One desliming of Shanxi Xiaoyi bauxite ore (w (Al 2O 3) /w( SiO 2 )=4.45) which was ground to a fineness of 89%-74 μm could remove a material that had a weight percent of 6% and w( Al 2O 3) /w( SiO 2 ) of only 1.70.
